Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel is targeting donors of the Trump electors who she is persecuting for standing against election fraud after the dubious 2020 presidential election.
The Detroit News reported on Wednesday that Nessel had obtained a search warrant to receive a list of donors who had contributed to the legal defense of the pro-Trump patriots charged by the AG with a laundry list of felonies for submitting an alternate slate of electors as election fraud cases were being heard in court in the aftermath of the 2020 election. Nessel requested bank routing numbers, contributions and communications in order to send a chilling message against the donors rallying around the cause of the Trump electors.
“The totality of the circumstances indicate that Give Send Go LLC holds information and data of the listed Give Send Go subscriber profiles who assisted in carrying out and executing a plan to replace the 2020 Democratic electors with Republican electors and the intent with which the participants acted,” stated the search warrant, which was signed by Ingham County District Court Judge Cynthia Ward on Aug. 29.
Attorney Joshua Blanchard, a veteran criminal defense attorney in Michigan, commented on the peculiar nature of this request and its impact on the case.

The R legislator passed a bill restricting this witches power before she took office and the piece of shit Rino Governor Snyder vetoed it on his last day in office. As a reward she tried to charge him with a felony for the Flint water mess. This was after he endorsed Biden.

On Oct. 6, Lansing Judge Kristen Simmons, a Democrat appointee, refused to dismiss the case of Mari-Ann Henry and rejected the motion for summary disposition of Clifford Frost. Ms. Henry and Mr. Frost are two of 16 Republican presidential electors charged with eight felony counts of fraud and election forgery in connection with the 2020 election. Months before that election, the 16 were lawfully chosen at a party convention of the Michigan GOP and bound by Michigan law to cast their Electoral College votes for Pres. Donald Trump if he won the state that November.
To refresh some memories, Nessel has formally charged 16 Michigan alternate electors with felonies. These people believed without an alternate set ready the findings of proven vote fraud would result in “too bad, those were the only electors so nobody can do anything now.”

“The group of 16 fake electors includes current and former state GOP officials, a Republican National Committee member, a sitting mayor, a school board member and Trump supporters who were the plaintiffs in a frivolous lawsuit that tried to overturn the 2020 results.”
They all pleaded not guilty to the felony charges they are facing.
“After the 2020 election wrapped up, some of these individuals publicly said they didn’t realize they were potentially breaking the law by signing the fake certificates. Others are still peddling the lie that the election was stolen.”
Gov. Whitmer ordered the AG to have all voting machines erased back to “zero” the morning after, while people attempted to get evidence from them. Reason: Law requires all machines to be blank in time for the next state election——the following year!

Donors being afraid to give to GOP means banana republic tactics are allowed.
The GOP in Michigan was already greatly weakened and the indictments of officials for being alternate electors is part of that.

Nessel was also the one who proclaimed “drag queens are fun” at K-12 school gatherings.

Nessel made the comments during a speech at a civil rights conference in Lansing, according to Craig Mauger of The Detroit News. Nessel is the first openly gay person to be elected to a statewide office in Michigan.
