Here's what I'd do. Open a humanitarian corridor. Put pressure on all the muslim countries to take their share of the 2 million Palestinians in Gaza. Give each noncombatant $10,000 upon leaving under the condition that they cannot return. (ie buy them out).

Exchange all Palestinian prisoners for the hostages Hamas holds.

Pull all settlements beyond the wall out of the West Bank.

Humanitarian corridor means for humans...ie noncombatants. That does not apply to Hamas members and supporters. They must stay in Gaza.

Go in and slaughter every single last living thing remaining in Gaza. All of it. No quarter. Kill everyone and everything.

Annex Gaza. The Jews in settlements beyond the Wall in the West bank can settle here....hey they get oceanfront property so its not such a bad deal.

Cancel all work visas and all travel of any kind for Palestinians into Israel. No Palestinians beyond the wall and no Jews in the Palestinian area of the West Bank. Complete and permanent separation.

If any rockets or artillery shells come from the West Bank over the wall into Israel, retaliate fiercely.

Are there any parallels with Gaza? I tend to think so. Genericize transportation, communications, factories, and workers. It was operations like the fire bombing of Dresden and Tokyo, and dropping two atomic bombs that contributed to winning WWII while reducing ally loses.

The people of Gaza are culpable. It’s their elected government waging terrorism. It is the people building rockets from pipes from water pipelines. It is their active support of terrorists. Their will and ability must be broken.

The strategy of total warfare is required to win some wars. The war on Gaza is one. History is full of examples since WWII of fighting wars and losing or never achieving the original objectives of war.
