It is being taught in the Russian military schools, and recommended for teaching in the secondary schools. It was published in 1997 just as Putin came to power and influence in the Russian secret service.

Dugin’s daughter was accidentally assassinated not long ago as Dugin walked away from what became a killing site with his daughter left driving the car that was blown up.
