Joe Biden’s handover of the $6 billion was probably what Hamas had to wait on.
IMO Obama is very much in the thick of this administration. Much of Biden’s staff were Obama’s and Obama carefully put his people in critical positions throughout government so that he maintains some control. Plus remember that when Obama left office he climed to have a “50,000 shadow government” in place.
Joe Biden clearly indicated with his $6 billion deal that future hostage taking might pay off big.
