I am passing it on.
Excellent, very good tagline btw, really says it all
Just adding, spoke to my attorney friend again and confirmed our suspicious here that this Judge Arthur Engoron is way, way out of line in terms of basic judicial practice and his conduct, and the things he’s done here are grounds for getting disbarred. Especially the way he imposed that judgement without a jury or due process. He’s clearly correct, should be removed from the bench and charged and prosecuted himself.
Only problem is, it takes an official to make such charges against him, and the GOPe is too cowardly, corrupt and bought off itself to actually make the move, unless they surprise us. Engoron’s conduct spans more than just one jurisdiction because of the case’s reach, so if there was ever a time for a courageous Republican Party official to give us at least one little indication they’re not controlled opposition, this would be it. But we’re not holding our breath, given the craven and passive way GOP officials have behaved so far with the railroading by the courts on all this
