I agree with that, or maybe even some wannabe terrorists.
It depends on which attacks are referenced.
Some were using low grade mortars that weren’t even close to dangerous. Those are probably the mouth breathing wannabes.
I would think Hezbollah, if they attack at all, will wait until the Gaza ground incursion.
You only need a couple of intelligent people guiding all the others to have a decent plan.
