The Israelis should sweep into every acre of muslim held real estate and give everyone there 5 minutes to decide if they want to relocate to Lebanon, Egypt, or a cemetery and then make it so. Most relocations will be either terrorists or terrorist supporters. The others ... it won’t matter.
