These Chechens are the Chechen Military whom are subjugated by and to the Russian Federation, and they hunt and kill fellow Chechens, (including their own family members, if necessary), that the Russian Federation designates as Terrorists INSIDE the Russian Federation and areas that have joined the Russian Federation or been liberated by it.
Among those areas are formerly HomoNazi Ukraine.
The Chechen Military does eliminate these Uke Nazi Terrorists.
