Cannot see how a 2-state solution can work there, unless the new state is FAR from Israel, since the Palestinian state will simply militarize non-stop. But maybe Labrov knows something that I don’t....but I doubt it.
If anything, something base on the the Neocon final solution for Ukraine (ridding Ukraine of Russian, Hungarian, and other non-Ukrainian speakers) would make more sense - which would be to drive the Palestinians out of the homelands, once and for all...and what may well happen now.
Any version of a “two state solution” has been tried multiple times over fifty years, and gone nowhere. No reason to expect it will ever be acceptable to the Pali mob. Just like Russia to try to muddy the waters with a guaranteed nonstarter.
