To have a well-regulated citizen militia, the people should have firearms available and be well-experienced in using them. You can't suddenly say "Ok, it's an emergency and we need the people's assistance and they need to defend themselves" if you have previously tightened gun laws to the point many people no longer own them. In an emergency such as this when you are under attack, it's a bit difficult to get to a gun store to buy guns and ammo.

The people of Israel became complacent, the government started implementing gun control for "safety", and look where they are today. Hiding in their homes with no weapons to defend themselves and just hoping the Hamas soldiers don't knock down their door.

better late than never. I think Jews in the US should assess their situation and arm themselves. I know many are opposed to guns, but you can’t be oblivious to the fact that lots of potential Muslim terrorists have entered the US under this administration and we have absolutely no intelligence on their personal history or ideology.

If you actually read the info they released, there are fewer than 10,000 people who will actually be able to arm themselves. But they’ll be able to buy 100 rounds instead of only 50. By the time this is over, most of them will be dead unless Israel gets very proactive. Which I can’t see actually happening.

And that **** is going to be happening here, soon. If you are not already armed, and trained, best be about it quickly.
