Israeli PM tells Palestinians to 'leave now'

There's nowhere for the Palestinians in Gaza to escape to, unless they use the smuggling tunnels underneath the Eqypt/Gaza barrier.

Egypt would rather see the Palestinians killed from the air than allow them in their country.
