Personally, I’m starting to remove myself from external things I have no control over.
News is largely negative, beyond one’s control, and nowadays editorial.
I’ve been thinking about news, and online presence, and how it effects the mind.
I find the less time I spend on news/online BS, and the more I read, the clearer, deeper and less manic/anxious my thoughts are.
Someone used to read a twenty year old newspaper daily.
It let them know how little most things eventually mean.
