If a child’s reasoning is so impaired that they can’t sign a contract or be held liable for crimes as an adult or even legally smoke a cigarette, they certainly are not mature enough to mutilate their genitals.
Genital mutilation is not gender-affirming. The left would make Orwell jealous for using the term “gender affirming”.
