Stephen Miller (Trump WH) said on the Clay/Buck podcast that this is just another sack of crap (my words) as there will no wall building but something the MSM can grab and claim there is work being done when there is not. In short he thinks there will be gauntlet of sorts to concentrate the illegals, process them faster and send them more to the interior of the country. Nothing will change.
Regardless, it's tacit admission that Trump was right (again).
