He ran because he’s most likely on probation or parole for the same type of crimes that he’s up to again.
People would avoid a lot of harm and trouble by not resisting arrest.
But...if the police tase someone, and it works, he falls to the ground, how soon would that person regain control of his wits and limbs and be able to comply with orders?
I imagine there’s a few seconds when the brain isn’t processing and a few more when the messages to the body aren’t getting through...how long does that take?
Some police and correction officer training includes the trainees getting tased...how long until they can move purposefully? They should know.
