yes because logically the argument being presented here does not make sense.
For Dems he is the best speaker they can hope to get out of the GOP so why not keep him? Not sure that chaos for the sake of chaos works for Dems here. They may have seriously miscalculated.

keep back in January.

He had plenty of time to pass separate bills. He broke his promises.
