Emphatically YES, given the conditions, I was Venezuelan (or Mexican/Guatamalan/Honduran/etceran), and GESARA was declared and implemented.

As for explanation, I don't think this thread could possibly give due diligence to the concepts and *progress* of NESARA/GESARA. That has been discussed on FR, internet, YT, FB, Telegram, and so on.
