Don’t buy a house on an impulse.
What a concept…

If 75% of home buyers in the last three years are unhappy with their homes, then we should see a decent drop in prices soon.
I bought in 2021 and love my 1953 built cottage and I didn’t pay half a million dollars for it because I live in common sense land.

Happy for you!We bought our second home when prices were reasonable, paid it off and now only pay the property taxes. Other than we wish we’d bought a ranch, we love this sweet 1984 house.

Local newspaper reports some softening in real estate prices...driven by low inventories of houses on the market

Expect this to be Trump's fault shortly.
