The Twenty-fifth Amendment states:

Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

Thus, in the absence of a majority the candidate would be denied the office. Kamala would have to vacate the VP before a replacement could be named, so there would be no tie breaker by the President of the Senate. In addition, it would have to be approved by the House.

Do you really think the RINO POSes who are still sending American taxpayer dollars to Ukraine, while shutting down payments to actual Americans are going to “stop” the Democrats?!?
