Shop Lifting down because one of 3 reasons:
1-they’re not prosecuting so it’s not logged.
2-more companies have closed down and left.
3- He’s flat out lying
It’s weird how crime goes down when you reduce the list of things considered crimes.
Exactly! For this asshat to even suggest that shoplifting is down is ludicrous. Until he starts throwing the book at the thugs who control the city, NYC is going to die from its own internal rot.
