After first hearing, House impeachment inquiry turns to securing Bidens’ bank records

House Republicans made an early case why they believe Joe Biden abused the power of his office, and now they are turning their attention to securing the bank records of the president’s son and brother.

Hours after finishing his first impeachment inquiry hearing, House Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., issued three subpoenas Thursday evening for the personal and business bank records of Hunter and James Biden.

Comer said the record demands are key to following the money from foreign sources to its final destination.

"One of those steps is gaining insight into where the Biden’s’ foreign money ended up, for what purposes," Comer said as the marathon hearing wrapped up. "Today, I will subpoena the bank records of Hunter Biden, James Biden and their affiliated companies."

A memo released Wednesday from Comer, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Oh.), and Rep. Jason Smith (R-Mo.) alleged that "The Biden family and their business associates received over $24 million from foreign sources over the course of approximately five years."

The democrats and the media are working hard to discount the testimony and evidence from yesterday's hearing as they tell the voters it was a "nothing burger" and a waste of time. Their Biden-bots have their marching orders and have been given the comments to post everywhere with almost word-for-word responses.

Meanwhile, all actual evidence is being ignored by the left and their media mouthpieces.

There is also this tidbit of information (below) from Peter Schweizer. That author and researcher has been digging into the Biden family's finances for years. The Comer committee could save a lot of time and find out a lot more if they just consulted him on some of the issues.

Schweizer reports "Joe Biden has an LLC called CelticCapri through which he runs his money, and on his 2017 and 2018 tax returns, he said on his tax returns that he had $12.6 million in income during those two years. Flash forward to 2019 when he runs for president of the United States, he fills out a form from the Office of Government Ethics, a financial disclosure. During those same two years, he says on form that he only had $7.4 million in income. That’s 40% less than he told the IRS that that he had. What accounts for that $5.2 million discrepancy?"

“Yeah, I’ll bet they’ll turn them right over.”

When it comes to conservatives, banks are quick to turn over documents to the left, many times without being asked. It will be interesting to see how long the banks can delay responding to these requests, and how the Courts rule in their favor. Watch as any reasoning used to get documents regarding Trump is turned 180 degrees and used to support withholding any documentation regarding Biden.

The banks are required by law to obey subpoena’s from Congress. Let’s see if they stall and delay and there better not be some lame excuse about why they can’t find them or something.

Something tells me the Bribey family DOESN’T want us digging into their bank records. But then, I’m not that smart.

Ways and Means Republicans need to talk to ex-moneyman Eric Schwerin.
<>emails from Hunter’s hard drive show Schwerin moving money on behalf of Joe and Hunter
<>Scherwin also managed Hunter’s family expenses.
<>Schwerin emailed Hunter WRT monies from Biden’s income tax refund going to Hunter’s account
<>Scherwin said Joe “owes you.”
<>Democrats acknowledge Schwerin handled Joe Biden’s finances til the end of his VP tenure.
<>Schwerin received Joe Biden’s “Delaware tax refund check” while he was vice president.
<>Scherwin is on record talking by phone w/ Hunter about Joe Biden’s mortgage.

In February 2014, Hunter advised Schwerin to describe himself as a “close confidant and counsel” to his VP dad WRT a letter of recommendation Schwerin was penning on Joe Biden’s behalf.

The NY Post reported that Eric Schwerin was involved in the transfer of Joe Biden’s Senate papers to the U of Delaware in March 2010 — which may have included “sensitive” and “classified” documents.

By December 2017, Hunter had fallen out with Schwerin and attempted to cut ties with him.

HUNTER UNLEASHED “I terminated you as an at will employee for gross negligence. Also if you continue to sit with friends of mine and relationships that are mine and defame me I will sue you for defamation of character and embezzlement and for the debt with you still have not contributed your supposed 25% share of,” Hunter wrote on Dec. 12, 2017. “ … We are no longer just done as business partners you should consider moving to somewhere in Florida I’ll never go. Naples is perfect you can live in perpetual time share with your parents and talk about what a horrible person I am.”

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

.....a threatening text message Hunter allegedly sent to a Chinese business associate follows......

Hunter references his father’s presence in the same room,
Joe is listening to Hunter peddling Joe’s influence..........

HUNTER UNLEASHED: “I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight.”

” I will make certain that between the man (joe biden) sitting next to me.... and every person he knows (in DC).... and my ability to forever hold a grudge..... that you will regret not following my direction.”

Hunter added,”I am sitting here waiting for the call back with my father.”

REALITY CHECK Hunter Biden’s laptop shows he was with Joe Biden on the day he

Greenfield-—At first glance, Hunter Biden’s influence peddling deals appear to be internationally opportunistic, as he flew on AF Two, mooching off taxpayers, hopscotching from one part of the world to the other, exploiting whatever openings emerged.

Republicans need to scrutinize whether Hunter and his business partners were piggybacking on Obama/Biden's foreign and domestic policies, colluding WRT Obama's obsession w/ his green agenda, and Chinese and Ukrainian oligarchs eagerness to do business in America.

“He gets 10%? What’s my cut?”

The hearing was a joke. They should’ve never had it until after getting more documents. McCarthy is using Comer to create a distraction for conservatives so he can jack up the debt and cave to Biden on the budget.

The Democrats in the Senate aren’t going to convict Biden so this entire thing is a waste of time. Failure theater designed to manipulate the right while McCarthy sells out his country again.

There is a political science theory called the 13 keys. The Democrats spent 2019 and 2020 turning as many of these keys as they could against Trump. Now, the GOP is turning the "No scandal key against an obviously corrupt Biden.

Midterm gains: After the midterm elections, the incumbent party holds more seats in the U.S. House of Representatives than after the previous midterm elections.

No primary contest: There is no serious contest for the incumbent party nomination.

Incumbent seeking re-election: The incumbent party candidate is the sitting president.

No third party: There is no significant third party or independent campaign.

Strong short-term economy: The economy is not in recession during the election campaign.

Strong long-term economy: Real per capita economic growth during the term equals or exceeds mean growth during the previous two terms.

Major policy change: The incumbent administration effects major changes in national policy.

No social unrest: There is no sustained social unrest during the term.

No scandal: The incumbent administration is untainted by major scandal.

No foreign/military failure: The incumbent administration suffers no major failure in foreign or military affairs.

Major foreign/military success: The incumbent administration achieves a major success in foreign or military affairs.

Charismatic incumbent: The incumbent party candidate is charismatic or a national hero.

Uncharismatic challenger: The challenging party candidate is not charismatic or a national hero.
