I could be mistaken on this but the Federal Court in Atlanta is in Fulton County as well, from a jury pool standpoint either court would have juries from the same county, does it make any difference then as far as the jury

The jury pool in the Northern District of Georgia consists of 46 counties. Many of those counties voted for Trump. In addition, most if not all he judges in the Northern District of Georgia are more conservative than the judge that Trump is currently facing.

The Northern District has from what I’ve read 3 courthouses, downtown Atlanta, Rome and Gainesville, Rome and Gainesville are obviously Trump territory but my guess would be downtown Atlanta would not be Trump territory

Given the size of the district usually jury pools are selected from la are around where the trial will be held

For the Middle District of Florida includes Jacksonville and Tampa, if a criminal trial is held in Jacksonville they are not going to select a jury with people that would have to commute 4 hours each way

Which is why is Trump we’re to tried in Federal Court in Atlanta the jury would come from the surrounding area and not from Gainesville or Rome, conversely if the trial was held in Gainesville the jury would come from that area and not Atlanta
