Medicaid and Medicare are unconstitutional.

You show me chapter and verse in the Constitution delegating healthcare to the feds.

As the 9th and 10th Amendments explain, powers not delegated to the feds by the Constitution are reserved to the states and the people of those states. Healthcare is a state’s issue.

READ the Constitution and the 9th and Tenth Amendments. If you do, you’ll probably be in the minoirty.

You ought not murder. Sounds like a legal maxim.

Your state is welcome to give healthcare to its residents. Does the constitution say states shall be stopped from providing healthcare?

Start by reading the Declaration of Independence upon which the Constitution was built. Then read the 9th and Tenth Amendments. Carefully.

The Constitution delegates certain limited powers to the feds. The rest of the powers not delegated to the feds by the Constitution are RETAINED by the states and the people.

The Constitution only has a few limitations for the states. Other than that, states and the people of each state are sovereign and can do what they wish. The Constitution does not say that states can be stopped from exercising any power of theirs including healthcare.

The hackneyed nonsense that murdering babies is not a legal issue but rather a health issue.
