Yep. Gotta follow the yellow-brick road to get it out of NY, no matter how egregious the trial judge’s behavior.

Hope you’re right that PDJT’s legal team has to work through the lengthy legal process.

Still, I’m quite dismayed at how ineffective they’ve been so far in getting much if not all of the preposterous charges dismissed (thrown out), especially in the 3 NY cases and the farce in Atlanta.

Yes it sounds like it the appeals court overstepping it’s authority.

Just about every court Trump is in is on the same path.

Justice not only bling it’s being gagged.

This will never see a federal court. No federal statute is at issue.
