Why? He failed. He did EOs instead of negotiating permanent successes like DeSantis is doing in Florida. Trump promised a wall, even said Mexico would pay. We got 52 miles of new wall, and another 450 updated. He didn’t deport illegals, we have more. And I could go on and on.

One, Trump did not trudge down to the border and select sites for the wall. He appointed the ones who knew best, the border patrol. That does not include you.

Two, the “updated” wall replaced what amounted to boundary markers that let the illegals know when they had entered U S territory; they were useless.

Third, anyone has to be stupid to mount your kind of argument.

You have a twisted view of Trump’s term.. You don’t like him and easily find fault.

DeSantis is too young and not ready for the onslaught he would receive if he actually tried to clean up the deep state. Of he did not do what has to be done, he would have failed and our government would be full fledged radical.....

We cannot do another election with someone unable to get those with a goal of control, out. And that person would meet the machine operating to attack and destroy him and family.

DeSantis has no idea what would await him. If he did Anything they did not like..

You mean with a hostile Congress who created the Russia hoax and then persecuted him for it for the crime of beating Hillary Clinton in the election?

Remember how Congress refused to appropriate money to build the wall, so Trump declared an emergency at the border and then diverted defense funds to build the wall? Remember how the Democrats went to court to block Trump's money diversion, stalling yet again the wall project? Remember how eventually SCOTUS ruled in Trump's favor, finally letting him begin to build the wall?

Remember when Trump tried to end the DACA ("dreamers" Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals act) but SCOTUS blocked it?

You gloss over so much of what really happened when you make flippant comments like that. Was it your intent that people forget the details and assume your shippets of the facts?
