Nobody noticed something or commented on it.
North Korea has NEVER really helped in the past. Since Trump negotiated with Kim, things have been different.
They returned this guy, and there probably are still bodies/souls that were never returned from the Korean war.
Good for the North Koreans. Hope the US uses the opportunity to keep negotiations open as a sign of good will.
