Throwaway cars. Probably fine for inner city commuters/runabouts if they don’t mind spending a small fortune on electricity and have a place to park and charge them away from buildings.

Put them away for winter and hot days of summer, so good for maybe 6 months a year.

My gut feeling chargers are going to be moved further and further away from business just to be safe. There is a parking garage in my city by the library that has electric chargers in their parking garages. I try to make sure I park my car at the other end of that floor in the parking garage though I've only seen one car getting charged their, so it is not that big of a deal for me to park at the other end.

Throwaway is correct. Videos have circulated for years about Chinese cars falling apart within a year of purchase. Bad rubber and plastics, mechanical breakdowns, etc. - within a year and often in months.
