Abbott needs to send at least 5,000 a month
The small town of Eagle Pass Texas (pop. 29,000) is being inundated with 2000 illegals crossing the border EVERY DAY.
NYC (pop. 8.8 million and decreasing) has plenty of room with more room becoming available every day.
If the buttercup from Albany is jonesing for federal money, I propose it be done on a $/illegal basis. Texas would be getting so much federal money the left would crap pickles and NYC would be begging for more illegals.

I wish he could. I sense there are factors preventing Abbott from shipping out 1,000 illegals every day. Certainly not a budget issue, as Texas is flush with a record budget surplus (or at least was when reported back in the Spring).
