A perfect example of why you never vote for a senator for president. Never ever. Bear in mind this is the pool that dems choose from almost explicitly, and the GOP to their credit hasn’t picked from the senate in over a century. The Great Compromisers cannot lead - our Founding Fathers never dreamed that someday the senate would be ran from a political party rather the states these compromisers represent.

Warren Harding was one of our best Presidents (most of which was attributed to Calvin Coolidge, but Coolidge just carried on with Harding’s policies). Cut taxes, cut spending, cut the size of government, unleashed the prosperity of the 1920s, resolved the Wilsonian Depression in a year. He’s hated by leftist historians for doing everything in opposition to FDR and solving our nation’s problems successfully.
