California sends out mail-in ballots to EVERYONE. Registered or not. My neighbor got three, including one to a person that had moved out 10 years prior.
I suspect the Democrats will make sure each one of those fentanyl users, and all other homeless vote - they don’t have to show up at the polls, ballots will be printed up for them and filled out by vote harvesters. Vote harvesting is legal in California - some say vote fraud started here and I do not doubt it.
I bet if all of the 3 ballots came back voting for Republicans there would be an investigation and a pre-dawn raid involved.
