Those companies need to shut down all operations sending fossil fuel products to Cauliphonya.
Absolutely withdraw from California immediately. Abandon equipment in place and move all operations and administration out of the left coast and into carbon-friendly states. Would love to see how far gas prices skyrocket there.

how many times are they going to file this lawsuit. IIRC, it has, or similar suits, have been thrown out several times.
You know California is in trouble when they start suing oil companies after bankrupting PG&E. Once the communists slam the door shut on energy, shelter and food the state is merely an open air prison forcing their slaves to work for their government scraps.

That was my first thought as well. However, I could see California then hitting the oil companies with the antitrust laws.
I wish also that there would be a judge out there with enough common sense and courage to throw the case out with prejudice, award the companies huge court costs, and put severe sanctions on all the attorneys bringing this fairy tale lawsuit inside a courtroom.

If I were the CEO of any of those companies I would issue a cease and desist order and shut down all operations and leave that perverted state to stew in their own filth.

Discovery could totally rock the climate change establishment. Let’s have open courtroom discussions of the methodology for climate modeling. Let’s have people state, under oath, how much data has been manipulated and cut from current models to ‘make the data fit’. Have them state, under oath, whether or not they’ve suppressed contrary data. Subpoena all the raw data.
