Plenty of doubts. Any lasting border wall solution will require legislation to maintain and man a border wall - otherwise the next president can refuse to maintain the wall or tear it down.
Laughable response.
Anything can be done to anything in the future.
Did anyone really think that Roe vs. Wade would be overturned anywhere near when it was? We all hoped so, but in reality, was it expected?
Quit moving the goal posts to an impossible place where it supports your pretend point.

If you think so, then I doubt you have the intelligence to even discuss this rationally. Have you paid any attention at all to what has happened since Biden took office? Do you think Trump's executive actions during his presidency mattered one iota the second Biden took office?
Without legislation backing the funding, maintenance and manning of a border wall, it won't matter. It will be neglected, burrowed through and torn down as quickly as Trump's border enforcement policies were the second Biden moved in. I know the Trump love-light in your eyes makes it hard to see that, but hopefully there's still a functioning brain behind it somewhere.
