Trump can say this because he knows, and a few of us also know, that there is an elaborate plan in place unfolding before our very eyes to facilitate self-deportation.

And, part of that will be the ability to convert from fiat debt dollars to the new PM-backed dollars. Enter NESARA/GESARA. Only the current citizens will be able to do so. Juan from Mehico can also covert his/her wealth, but only from their homeland. Plus much other benefits - jubilee of loans for one (how can a debt be paid off with debt? It cannot). I suppose an illegal may think it better to have nothing here in the USA rather than be wealthy back in their homeland, but that will be made into a very stark choice for them.
