We are told the “40%” number but not the details....
Is it a one time 40% and the static for the remainder of the contract?
These are usually multi year contracts so a five year contract might be 8% a year, or perhaps 12% in year one with 7% in the other four years etc.
The whole story would probably end the “Sensational “ headline and sound bites.
