You and I know that will never happen, because there are still too many morons who claim they are conservatives, who will vote for a crap Republican candidate just to keep the seat Republican. The GOP will never be reformed because of that. Those people who vote for someone they know isn't good for America are just perpetuating the problem.
No of course the better idea is yours. Call everybody who doesn’t want your primary choice part of the establishment, sabotage people who normally align with you, be so nauseating loud and superior that nobody wants to listen to you, blame any election loss on something else, boycott elections, shrug when the Democrat is elected & sets up rules to tilt future elections, live through unconstitutional, war-like tyranny, have everything taken away & then be forced to listen to you complain about the problem you helped institute. Is nindlessly supporting a sect that represents a bipartisan elite bad? Absolutely. I am as tired of them as you are & convinced it has to change? Is assuming one 80 year old guy is the only person in the political sphere that genuinely opposes it self defeating? Absolutely. Yall chase away everybody who isn’t Trump from being an advocate for Conservative nationalist thought by convincing yourselves that you are the only true believers & anybody that differs on who should be the candidate to make our argument is a corrupt sellout like Mitch McConnell. The fact that so many Trumpists don’t think electability should be discussed or central to any candidate is part of the problem we find ourselves in 🤔
True. Too many Republican voters haven’t figured out the difference between good oratory and good governance. They’re fooled by the “conservatives” who give great speeches, but do nothing but go along to get along when the cameras are off.
