Had this worked the next public health crisis would be “misinformation” or “racism” and the 1st amendment would be gone as well.
Don’t just sue the arresting officer, sue Grisham and the officer personally. How can making a flagrantly unconstitutional act be considered part of one’s official duties when such acts are barred? How can a state official claim the right to act outside the US Constitution when they’d sworn an oath to uphold it. They must logically be considered personal acts, not falling under the umbrella provided for acts taken per the rights and duties of a sovereign office. Argument should also apply to any such arresting officer whether or not you correctly recall NM LEO immunity law.
I agree with her on one statement she said, “use all tools at their disposal” to solve the issues. The issue is that she is not using a tool “at their disposal”, she is creating whole new tools, which are ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!

Where are the New Mexican residences? Why aren’t they marching on the State Capital demanding this woman either rescind this ILLEGAL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL order or RESIGN IMMEDIATELY?!?
