Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) warned on CNN that Republicans will lose in 2024 if moderate members of Congress are bullied into taking more conservative positions such as abortion and the potential impeachment of President Joe Biden.
During an appearance on CNN’s The Source, Mace was asked by Kaitlan Collins whether she supports an impeachment inquiry into Biden.
"It’s hard to say at this point. I think there’s a difference between an impeachment vote and an inquiry. The inquiry would give us another tool in the toolbox, specifically to look at Joe Biden’s bank records,” said Mace. “I’ll support an impeachment inquiry. An impeachment vote is totally separate, but an inquiry I would support at this juncture.”
Collins replied, “I think the other point of confusion here is that all this is being tied to funding the government,” before noting that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) had said “she won’t vote to fund the government unless that House impeachment inquiry is passed.”
“I’m not voting to fund the government because Republicans and Democrats have spent too much,” Mace insisted. “I think holding hostage an impeachment inquiry is wrong.”
Collins questioned, “But it’s holding the government hostage for the impeachment inquiry, right?” to which Mace responded, “In a sense, that would.”

Nancy Mace...Nancy Mace...I just can’t place the face. One of the many RINOS no doubt
she should stop dressing as if she were in her 20’s.
They’ll lose if they don’t!
“Mace is a squish.”
And she’s proud of it. When I see her interviewed she brags that her constituency is about 50/50 lib/conservative, and she makes all of them happy. That is “a squish”. Impossible to make everyone happy if you have a strong foundation and actual principles.
Reminds me of Dershowitz bragging that he loves Hillary, voted for her every time, and would do it again.
Trying to make everyone happy only results in pissing everybody off.
Ipso facto, any so-called Republican who appears on CNN should be eliminated from office.
Biden will remain in office for as long as the Democrat Central Committee wants him there. And when he is replaced, it will be with a candidate of their choosing.
An impeachment is entertaining theatrics and a well-deserved tit-for-tat response by the Republicans. But that is all it is, and it is only good for motivating base supporters for other actions. By itself an impeachment is useless.
I don't see any planning for follow-up actions after the impeachment and the Senate as presently constituted will never convict a Democrat President for anything.
Because it is not a crime when a Democrat does it.
But it is a crime when a Republican objects to fraudulent elections that put Democrats in office.
I’ve only voted against two Republicans, Lindsey Graham and Nancy Mace.
Kevin McCarthy should go ahead and impeach Merrick Garland and get “moderates” like Nancy Mace on the record for opposing the impeachment. Then they’ll lose in the primaries.
Has man face ?
Has a right side nipple showing. Can’t see the left side.
That appears to be female.....
That appears to be female
And a manly looking one pass
Lol, “bully?!” What does that even mean?
She is either stupid or lying. “Winning” with people like Romney, Cornyn, McConnell, McCarthy, Bacon, Mace, etc is not winning in my view. How did 2022 go with the GOPe screwing MAGA candidates at every opportunity? They hate MSGA and would rather see socialists win as they have proven more than a couple of times. In 2020 the moderates looked the other way despite the many undeniable examples of election fraud and let Biden be installed. I do not consider the “moderates” to be on my side. The “moderates” deserve to be bullied for what they have done in the 20 and 22 elections.
