Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley on Sunday blasted GOP Sen. Tommy Tuberville for his monthslong hold over hundreds of military promotions.
“We don’t need to be using military families as political pawns,” Ms. Haley said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “That’s a mistake … the military members and families — they sacrifice enough. They don’t need to be a pawn in Congress. But look at the political games that continue to play.”
Military leaders have accused Mr. Tuberville of Alabama of jeopardizing national security for blocking hundreds of promotions that would otherwise be passed in the Senate with unanimous consent.

The Senate can call the roll on ANY and ALL of these nominees WHENEVER it wants. And they'll get through cloture because at least ten pantywaist Republicans would join.
Obviously Nikki McRomBush doesn't have a clue about the games Washington plays. Or she's perfectly willing to go along with the talking points and games.

I love me some Tommy Tuberville. Loyal supporter of President Trump. I have a sneaking suspicion that there is an underlying reason other than woke for Tuberville creating a situation where the Army, Navy and Marines are left under the command of senior officers. I wonder what that could be? 😏

Tuberville has been on Rick and Bubba a couple times. He’s said they can vote one at a time on the people up for promotion, but the dems wanting to get their woke candidates through want to vote on them en masse. He wont budge until the issue of government funded abortion on military bases is addressed correctly. I wasnt sure about him at first, but he hasnt disappointed so far, and the real veterans and military seem to be supporting him.
