I never said the April test flight was a "failure".

True facts:

1) It shredded the launch pad. Debris from the launch pad was widely scattered.

2) Some engines failed to ignite. Others failed to operate during the flight.

3) It was terminated by the mission controllers, resulting in a huge explosion.

To suggest that it did not raise legitimate safety considerations is absurd.

It is obvious you have never been part of a space program of any sort. Thereis no such ting as a perfectly safe flight and everything you said has been part of other flights.
