It requires teachers, counselors or a site administrator to notify parents and guardians three school days when their child requests the following:

To be identified as a gender other than the child’s biological sex or gender To use a name that differs from their legal name (other than a commonly recognized nickname) To use pronouns that do not align with the child’s biological sex or gender Access to sex-segregated school programs and activities, or bathrooms or changing facilities that do not align with the child’s biological sex or gender

“divisive”

Nope. No bias there.

The fact that notifying parents about their children’s welfare is somehow considered ‘divisive’ shows how F’d up we are in this nation.

According to the “journalist” who produced this article notifying parents of gender dysphoria is “divisive” but keeping parents in the dark is not. Does anyone really still think coexistence with a person like this is possible?

I certainly don’t. People like this need to be excluded from our society on a permanent basis - eternally permanent, as in helped along with a very quick one-way ticket to hell.

This is excellent news.

For a tiny percentage of the population endocrine disorders, genetic defects, or even tumors on the pituitary glands can cause dangerous hormone imbalances that give rise to gender dysphoria. These syndromes include CAH, NCCAH, Klinefelters (XXY chromosomes), XYY syndrome, Turners, and very infrequently, Kallman’s.

If a child claims to be dysphoric, extensive genetic and endocrine testing should be done to rule out any underlying medical issues. DO NOT take them to a gender clinic. Some of them don’t even do cursory testing.

There are protocols for treating these issues and almost all are cured of the dysphoria once their hormones are brought back into balance. Most cease to be dysphoric once puberty ends.

If it’s not medical, it’s mental, and they need therapy not transitioning.

Also, if your school is handing out chest binders, they are engaging in medical malpractice. Chest binders that are not custom made to the patient can damage the spine and rib cage.

There is no justifiable reason to transition a child, ever.

You need to write a pamphlet/booklet for parents!

Why is approving of Parental Rights divisive?

Because it is California.
The State uber alles. This reporter should be flogged.
And the Rocklin school board commended.

See my tagline and KCRA is among the worst. Incidently, some leftwing organization is going to spend $500 million to prop up local media.

“Divisive” means anything the commie perverts don’t like.

I think “divisive” as a scare word has about run its course.

First would be basic labs. Next would be the ACTH stimulation test. Next would be a molecular test to look for mutations in the DNA.

A number of syndromes have physical manifestations that are also clues to the underlying condition; however, in the case of NCCAH (which presents during puberty and often goes undetected) or Klinefelters (in which boys look like cheeto eating lazy gamers), it may not be obvious.

CAH is screened for at birth in the US since it can be fatal to infants.

And finding CAH or XXY relates to the issue at hand how, exactly?

It seems wrong to ‘lose’ a child to sex-grooming ‘teachers’ and still have to pay for housing, food, medical, clothes, etc. to maintain them. I say, if the school succeeds in creating a ‘tranny’, they provide the housing, food, medical, clothes, etc., for the child unit. Maybe keep them at the school, instead of with former parents. Keep a few teachers there every night to supervise their ‘trannies’. The ‘trannies’ do something illegal, the teachers answer for the kids’ actions.

Our hormones have a direct impact not only on our physical development but on brain development.

For example, a woman who suffers from post-partum depression is experiencing a depletion of hormones in her endocrine system. An otherwise normal person suddenly goes off the rails because her hormones are out of balances.

In the case of CAH, a hydroxylayze deficiency results in improper hormone production. One of the effects has been the overproduction of free floating adrenal androgens (the precursor to sex hormones). Their estrogen and testosterone may be in normal ranges, but the adrenal androgens are not. Adrenal receptors in the brain may recognize these as the countervailijg hormone (estrogen in boys or testosterone in girls), leading to the patient feeling dysphoric.

As far back as 1992, studies have shown a higher prevalence of 47.XYY karotypes among individuals with gender dysphoria. Again, the endocrine system is affected.

Dr. Niroa Shah has extensively studied brain development and shown how even minor molecular variations have long term consequences on male and female brain development and behavioral outcomes.

For example, boys with Klinefelters who also experience dysphoria are treated with testosterone. In most cases, the dysphoria goes away.

Parents should be notified if their child is experiencing gender dysphoria.

It is up to the parents to determine what happens after that point, not the state.

This also keeps the schools from wasting time pushing gender confusion onto vulnerable children.

They need to focus on teaching students the basics.

California has some of the lowest scores in the United States, for student competency in basic subjects (reading, writing, math).

I have trusted friends living near Rocklin.
One day their daughter came home and said she wanted to be self identified as a Cat.

If it were just one issue, possibly, at least for a time. But consider, one side is passing laws to prohibit abortions after a detectable heartbeat while the other is legalizing abortion up to and perhaps a bit longer the birth of a child. Half the states have permitess concealed carry while many sates want to ban the possession of firearms. One side thinks that exposing children to sexual perverts should be applauded and mocks those who disagree. “Forgiving” student loans taken out by adults, jailing a father who objects to his daughter being raped in school with the rapest being unpunished. One side is moving to jail political opponents...and many, many more.

I don’t see how this gets fixed.
