Leading Democrats and Republicans are unanimous in thinking that the United States should provide more military and financial assistance for Ukraine, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said Thursday after a closed-door briefing on the state of the Russia-Ukraine war.
“The briefing made it so clear that we need to continue significant aid to Ukraine,” he told reporters.

tru dat !
Russia has nukes.
I think it’s becoming hysterically comical how the Biden regime keeps sending money to Ukraine. I think the money is being used to keep the central banks propped up. To keep the stock market propped up. They can’t keep it up.
You are NOT going to send my son to fight in Europe. Or would his death as worthy to you as looting the treasury is?
“…Whatever we spend in Ukraine is still cheaper than waging another fifty year long cold war with a resurgent Soviet Union….”
****************************************************
So now your fevered imagination is seeing a new fifty year long Cold War? Keep thinking of new reasons to keep the OTHER-PEOPLE’S-MONEY FLOWING along with its concomitant increase in American debt.
Clarification: “...much lower, as much of said aid commitments stretches out for up to several years.”
Yes, although it also includes a lot of weapons already paid for, US aid to Ukraine is a lot of money compared to what us peasants are used to trying to manage or comprehend.
However, even on a personal scale (ie., what’s the $$ cost to you or me) it pales in comparison to the cost of a security breakdown in Europe (and likely globally). And on a national basis that cost is literally almost immeasurable. Depending on how it goes, it might be most of US assets, or over 200 trillion dollars. Worse, that’s just on the conventional financial side. Beyond that, one gets into arguments of how much a life is worth, and so on. :-(
.
The goal with many insiders is WWIII
So much money, most will get displaced, Vote for more money.
I think Biden’s handlers push things into WWIII - and Ukraine believes it’s the best thing that can happen.
First point was Russia does have a response.
Second point was Russia is more likely to first use nukes than us. From their standpoint, it may make sense to do so. You can call whoever uses nuclear arms first insane if that makes you feel better.
Third point, why do we keep escalating our support of a war against a country with more nuclear arms than us in an area thousands of miles from our border. It is not a vital interest of ours. We cannot win. We are guessing they won’t use nukes for a vital interest of theirs. Now that does seem insane to me.
And Biden’s first political ad is his secret trip to Ukraine and how brave he is. 9 hour train ride. He’s so strong. Sacrifice for Ukraine.
No train ride to Ohio. F. J. B.
These politicians aren’t even polling this $ to Ukraine.
Maybe.
Unanimity among war criminals.
Democrats and Rinos are obsessed with the Russia Russia Russia fever they need to seek medical help.
71% of Gop voters disagree.
unanimous = 100% (or nearly that) of US senators being blackmailed.....
Russia has just defeated country404 AND nato.
Does Biden ever give you a day off?
