Literally, up until two years ago i was a practicing Catholic would would not think of missing mass. I now barely go to mass because of this clown. And before the haters chime in- i still pray every day.

Head back to Mass. Find a parish with a good old-fashioned rector. I go to one, drive 40 minutes to get there.
Christ is there waiting for you, Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity. Don't reject him because of the nimshi currently occupying Peter's Chair. Popes come and go; Christ remains.
