Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley hit out against primary opponent Vivek Ramaswamy over his foreign policy stance on Israel, decrying the business entrepreneur's previous suggestions that the United States should halt funding to the Middle Eastern country as a “dangerous” proposal.
“Ramaswamy’s attacks & desperate attempts at damage control don’t change how he treats our friend Israel & how his dangerous policies make America less safe,” Haley said in a social media post. “Israel faces genocidal threats from Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, & Syria. Our next president must understand that. Vivek said we should abandon Israel after 2028. Those are HIS words.”

Flame away.
Here come the Ramaswamy trolls...spouting the same crap ad nauseum. Not eligible, Soros, multi god, pagan, pharma....
GOP presidential candidates battling one another over who can give more money to Ukraine and Israel?
Do either one of them have any foreign policy experience, besides being the children of foreigners?
Otherwise, this is like listening to women argue about the best brand of jockstrap to buy.
True… she’s a Neocon, globalist establishment candidate.
What exactly IS "foreign policy experience"? Does the disastrous pullout from Afghanistan qualify as experience? If so, perhaps no experience is preferable.
I guess l missed it when Nikki ripped into Biden for his support of the Palestinian mobs not to mention Traitor Joe trying to rigg Israel’s elections.
Maybe Vivek is just taking orders from Soros.
The left ask conservative politicians about aid to Israel hoping it's a gotcha on aid in general going to other nations. We should be against sending any aid to other nations. We're broke.
But "aid" to Israel shouldn't be confused with doing business with Israel. We should keep doing that.
Other than Haley being the United States ambassador to the United Nations?
What was Trump's foreign policy experience prior to being elected president?
By the way, Trump was a “child of a foreigner”
How a out a coherent argument as to why the only way to support Israel is to hand them money so they can lend it back with interest. Israel has developed a good economy. Without saying “only Democracy in the middle east” please make your case for Israeli handouts (btw, while saying social security is insolvent).
I would not consider a short stint at that talk shop any indication of foreign policy experience.
“Don’t you dare criticize OuR gREaTeSt ALlY!!”
Vivek is a Trojan Horse. The condom kind too.
“Other than Haley being the United States ambassador to the United Nations?”
No, that would count.
“What was Trump’s foreign policy experience prior to being elected president?”
I’m not asking about Trump.
Ramaswamy wants Israel to pay for their own defense when Israel has the ability to do so. Gosh, what a wild and outrageous idea! Ramaswamy then goes as far as to explain how he will continue to expand the Abraham Accords to other nations. Seems to me that he is just extending one of Trump’s greatest accomplishments to its logical conclusion. Not very original, but a hell of a lot better than anything Nikki ever did. That goes for the rest of the single digit midgets.
What irks me more than anything about government are there primary things. 1.) Failed government programs and policies never go away. 2.) There are too few people willing to try new approaches to real problem when old approaches fail. 3.) Success is rare and when there is success we continue to pay for a problem already solved, or we never take success to its logical conclusion.
I’m willing to bet that only a very small minority of Americans, under 15%, have heard of the Abraham Accords and those that have heard have thought about the ultimate goal. It’s to make Israel secure, have peace in the ME and most importantly to stop spending our treasure and wasting young American lives on forever wars in the ME.
Ramaswamy integrates his foreign policy with domestic policy. The other half of this is America being energy dominant and an net exporter of petroleum products. Israel’s security is the second interest after oil in the ME. When Israel is secure and we are energy self sufficient we will have a peace dividend that is compounded by inexpensive energy here, at home, in America. That’s the cornerstone to becoming self sufficient in manufacturing. We can become an export giant of manufactured goods but we first need cheap energy.
Permanently solving problems, then eliminating the spend allows us to do many other things. Or not. I’m quite happy with government not doing anything as long as we don’t have to pay for it.
Roger that. Just because someone is an ally doesn’t mean we have to subsidize them.
I saw her coming to the point of hysteria during the debate. When she told Ramaswamy, “you don’t have any foreign policy experience, and it shows” I was hoping he’d respond with “You’re just being hysterical, calm down”.
I do not think attacking Vivek - on any issue - is going to help Nikki Haley win the nomination or be selected as Vice President.
