She has yet to hear any evidence in the trial against Trump and has already made her decision clear as to his guilt. I know many people say it doesn’t matter because her rulings will be over-turned at some point. It DOES matter. The process is the punishment and justice delayed is truly justice denied. Trump is able to afford the process, but for how long?

The January 6th defendants cannot, however, and the travesty of their punishments is a stain on the American legal system.

Jan. 6, 1 unarmed participant was shot in the back and died at the hands of the Capitol Police.
