Whether there's a benefit for our military and State Department to judge. There's a
body of opinion in the pro-Israel community as well that the cost to Israel of US aid is too high.

When we give aid to Israel, but put stipulations on what they must spend it on (e.g. specific US Systems), it would seem to benefit Defense Contractors. However, are we borrowing money from China to give to Israel to buy our weapons systems? The entire aid thing seems wrong…
