I’ve been pro-death penalty for my entire life. But the way the courts have been weaponized, the way law enforcement has shown itself to be not only untrustworthy but treasonous, and the methods TPTB use to railroad and destroy those that disagree with them has got me thinking it over more and more.

Mexico abolished the death penalty in 2005, and its courts have not executed anyone since the 1950s. Not because the Mexican people opposed the death penalty, but because they concluded the Mexican government was too corrupt, and incompetent, to be trusted to administer it.

Yes, no one is executed in Maxico.
