DC gets 2 EVs because they are credited for their "Senators". They'll lose that if they become a part of Maryland. The population of DC is only good for 1 representative.

That's why we'll never amend the Constitution. We're too divided and each EV is worth a lot right now.

That sounds right to me. Making DC a new blue state is obviously unconstitutional without an amendment, but the Biden gang has millions of new illegal invaders stashed away around the nation, waiting for the right moment.
