There’s no fracking way this will withstand Supreme Court scrutiny. This POS judge hs ruled the defense has 7 months, I repeat 7 months, to go over 11 million pages of discovery. That’s totally impossible and will be grounds for appeal.
Yes it will, Roberts was already threatened with Court packing by Schummer once, and Roberts (Bush II appointee) HATES TRUMP.
Look at how Roberts humiliated himself to try and derail the Dobbs decision.
