Will one of Smith’s top assistants meeting with White House staff, maybe even Joe Biden will be a witness.
This was HIS choice. He pushed it into primaries. He could’ve asked for a speedy trial, but he gets huge support when libs come for him so the timing sure seems to be to his political advantage. That seems to be ur only strategy that makes sense to push it into primary season.
THeir cases do not have a chance in hell of surviving trial, and certainly not on appeal.Selective prosecution does not work against a former president.The case will make a great campaign platform for President TRump.....assuring his re-election.
For example , look at the evidence that Trump will submit in discovery proceedings in the Georgia Case.
