I’m not asking a rhetorical question. I’d genuinely like to know how the Supreme Court would prevent a case from coming to trial.

I know that they can reverse a verdict, but intervening prior to a jury being seated is new to me.

It is not a normal trial it is blatant election interference. A rigged grand jury with a rat operative prosecutor, they manipulated the schedule and got the most biased Judge in DC who scheduled the trial the day before Super Tuesday. I could be wrong but l believe because since this is a Federal case the SC should be able to step in.
